It is the further application of everything learned to get that job or other role that is most aligned with who you really are.
Benefits: This package is ideally suited for those who are ready to move into their new role as soon as possible. If you achieve that new role before the package ends, you will also be supported as you grow into your role.

Nine 50-minute sessions over three to four months. This is for those who want to build upon one of the other packages. Or for someone who has already done some other growth-work and it is mutually determined that a short package is a viable solution for the needs.

Courage, Risks and Rewards Coaching Program
In this coaching program, you will explore 5 key areas that will help you find the courage to take new risks and reap great rewards. You will examine the concept of risk and break it down into specific, manageable steps. And you will look at risk from different perspectives and explore how the rewards for taking chances far outweigh the costs. This training will open new doors to exciting opportunities!
